Charming Book About 30 Things Every Woman Should Have and Should Know by the Time She’s 30
Back in 1997, a Glamour columnist published a list of life lessons that describe what every woman should have and should know by the time she’s 30. On the occasion of my first blog post, I would like to use this opportunity to write about the charming book I’ve read recently.
Originally written by Glamour columnist Pamela Redmond Satran, the book features examples of life lessons, experiences, advice and observations from prominent and famous women, a great gift for book lovers. Pamela is a New York Times bestselling author with more than 20 fiction and non fiction books published. Reading is my perfect way of relaxing, and after I’ve read some of the biggest world classics I find myself shifting towards light and easy reads during my spare time.
30 Things Every Woman Should Have and Should Know by the Time She’s 30 is my fresh find read and a personal recommendation for women of all ages. The book is such a light and accessible read filled with honest, and sometimes funny observations from different notable women. As a compilation of examples of life lessons and experiences, it makes a perfect gift for book lovers. I went through the book slowly since I loved it so much, and enjoyed taking notes. I feel like this book is a great introduction to your 30s and it encourages you to learn how to be more comfortable in your own skin and with yourself, one of the great women empowerment books. Some of the advice in the book will teach you how to stand up for yourself and walk away from toxic situations. This charming book teaches you how to be more grateful for what you already have, and for your achievements.
Even though it doesn’t feel like a heavy read, it is such a powerful charming book that brings out some timely and timeless wisdom you should know about. It shares a ton of information in a compelling and easy-to-digest way. This book belongs on the list of women empowerment books and is a great inspirational book for young women. I would encourage you to read it, you’ll love it.
Have you already read the book? What is your opinion of it?
