How to Exfoliate the Skin With Exfolimate
Your skin is particularly vulnerable in the winter, due to the harsh winter elements that cause dry and irritated skin. In case you’re wondering about how to exfoliate the skin and what some of the options are that work. Let’s start with covering the basics of exfoliating and the skin exfoliating tool called Exfolimate.
Exfoliation is the removal of dead skin cells on the top layer of your skin. This is done with the aim of uncovering the fresh skin layers and getting rid of common skin problems such as clogged pores, blackheads and breakouts. In order to improve the complexion of the skin, it’s important to exfoliate on a regular basis. There are many ways how to exfoliate the skin and some that you will spot online while researching include using coffee, salt or sugar as scrubs, or a wide variety of brushes and other abrasive materials.
Not that long ago I had a lot of questions going through my head such as how to exfoliate the skin and should you exfoliate or cleanse first, but luckily after researching and experimenting I was able to figure out what works best for my body, which methods are effective and which weren’t that much.
For everybody wondering how to exfoliate the skin at home, I’ve learned that for me simplest and the most effective skin exfoliating tool is the Exfolimate. Designed in Australia, Exfolimate is simply said a new and innovative way of removing the dirt, oils and debris lingering on the top layer of the skin. The exfoliator tool glides along the contours of your skin and unveils the smooth, fresh layers of the skin. And for that, you just need water, no chemicals or other abrasive powders or tools are required. This will improve the tone and texture of your skin, leaving you with ultra silky smooth skin, and reducing pore size and imperfections.
How to exfoliate the skin at home? I personally do a full body exfoliation in order to improve my overall skin complexion on a regular basis in the comfort of my own shower. The Exfolimate comes in a two piece set. A smaller piece, the facial exfoliator tool and a larger piece, the body exfoliator tool. Both are very easy to use and together you can perform a full body exfoliation.
To properly use the exfoliator tool, use it towards the end of your shower. Gently glide your Exfolimate scrubber along the contours of your body at a 90-degree angle. The tool is designed to not harbor any bacteria on it and to be easy to clean. Just run the edge under warm water and hang it up to dry.
Do you use a skin exfoliating tool, and do you have any extra tips on how to exfoliate the skin at home?
